Mental Health and Wellbeing

About Opera Mind

Several years ago, as a novice mental health therapist, I embarked on what I knew would be a long journey toward becoming a skilled clinician.

In those early days, I began creating infographics to convey fundamental therapy concepts and techniques to patients. This not only served as a valuable aid in their understanding but also facilitated my own deepening grasp of essential therapeutic principles.

As time unfolded, the process of creating infographics and various educational materials for dear patients evolved from a professional necessity into a delightful pastime.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, driven by a desire to be a good steward of my time and skills, I decided to share the educational materials I have created over the years online. This led to the creation of the Opera Mind project.

I hope the Opera Mind infographics and resources serve as helpful tools for mental health therapists, life coaches, and anyone interested in mental health, offering easily digestible and comprehensible materials.
